Neuromodulators are a class of Health Canada approved drugs commonly referred to by their trade names which include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Nucieva and Letybo.  Neuromodulators work to temporarily relax specific muscles of the face which create wrinkles. When we relax these muscles, they no longer form a line which can become etched into your skin over time with repetitive expression.

At Vivid Cosmetic Clinic we most commonly use Dysport, and Nucieva products. Results vary by individual and typically last between 3-4 months, which is when maintenance appointments should be booked.

Consult and Same Day Treatment-  This includes a thorough consultation and review of the procedure, following with  treatment areas of your choice. 

Lip Flip- Neuromodulators are used to relax the muscle above your Lip to give the appearance of a slightly larger lip. This does not increase Lip volume, and lasts 8-12 weeks.  

Brow Lift - Neuromodulators are used to lift the brows using a small amount of product.

Neuromodulator and Dermal Filler Consult and Same Day Treatment- Choose this option if youd like to be treated with Neuromodulators and Dermal Filler in the same appointment

Masseter TMJ or Jaw Slimming- Neuromodulators can be used to decrease the muscle size of the Masseter, giving a Jaw Slimming effect. We can additionally use Neuromodulators to treat excessive jaw clenching and grinding.

Returning Client Neuromodulators- Book this if you are a returning client.

Masseters: the Masseter is the muscle responsible for chewing, clenching of the jaw, and grinding of the teeth. This is a very therapeutic treatment for those who suffer from TMJ. This muscle can be treated cosmetically as well for slimming of the jaw. Both treatments are offered at Vivid.

Chin (Orange peel chin): The Mentalis is the muscle of the chin which can be treated for any individual who has dimpling of the chin when talking or making expression creating an orange peel look. The Neuromodulators will relax this muscle and create a smoother chin.

Bunny Lines: The bunny lines are the lines visible when scrunching the Nose. The Neuromodulators will relax the Nasalis Muscle which is responsible for creating these lines.

Neck bands: These are called the Platysmal Bands, seen with specific expressions. Treatment of this area will tighten the neck area and prevent sagging of the skin.
