Dermal Fillers
in Keswick, Ontario.
Restore lost volume, refine features, and soften the lines that come with time. Using Revanesse — a Canadian-made hyaluronic acid filler line. Serving Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Newmarket, and the surrounding area.
What is dermal filler?
Dermal filler is a hyaluronic acid–based gel that adds volume, contour, or hydration where the face needs it. Hyaluronic acid is a substance your body already produces — it's what gives young skin its plumpness. As we age, we lose collagen, fat, and bone structure; that loss shows up as flatter cheeks, deeper folds, thinner lips, a less defined jawline, etc.
Filler doesn't change your face. It restores what time has taken, or refines features that were originally out of balance for facial balancing.
At Vivid, I use Revanesse — a Canadian-made line that includes Outline, Pure, Ultra, Contour, Shape, Sculpt, and Kiss. Revanesse fillers are known for smooth integration, a natural feel in the skin, and a focus on safety.
Areas I treat.
- Cheeks — for clients of all ages. Cheek filler can contour and lift the lower face, or replace volume that's been lost over time.
- Lips — hydration and gentle volume. Most clients need 1/2 to 1 syringe per session, and results last 12+ months.
- Nasolabial folds (smile lines) — softens the line from nose to mouth.
- Marionette lines — the lines that pull down from the corners of the mouth.
- Chin — adds projection, balances the lower face, and can elongate the jawline for a slimming effect.
- Jawline — defines the jaw and corrects jowls, a common sign of aging.
- Pre-jowl and chin shadowing — small adjustments that make a meaningful difference.
- Peri-oral lines — fine lines around the mouth.
A note on natural results.
When small amounts of product are placed in the right areas, the result is natural. The most common mistake in filler is over-treating one area instead of addressing the face as a whole.
I take a conservative, full-face approach. We start with what's needed most, build with small amounts slowly across sessions if needed, and stop when the result looks like you on a good day — not like someone else.
Who filler works best for.
Filler is right for you if you're seeing volume loss, asymmetry, or flatness you'd like to address — or if you want to subtly enhance features that have always felt slightly out of balance.
Filler isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for clients with certain unmanaged autoimmune conditions. We'll review your full health history at consultation.
Your appointment, step by step.
- Consultation. We discuss what's bothering you, what you've tried, and what you'd like the result to look like. I'll give you my honest recommendation — including whether filler is the right tool at all.
- Treatment. I always numb for lips. Most filler also contains lidocaine, which makes the injections themselves quite manageable. I book 45 minutes to 1 hour for filler appointments so that we aren't rushed.
- Aftercare. Avoid heavy exercise, alcohol, and heat for 24–48 hours. Some swelling is normal — the result you see at two weeks is the “real” result.
- Follow-up. I check in around the two-week mark to confirm the result is settling well and to discuss next steps if we're building over multiple sessions.
Manageable, with minimal downtime.
I use a gentle technique with lidocaine-mixed product. Most clients find filler quite manageable.
Downtime can look different for everyone. Swelling, occasional bruising, and small bumps are normal in the first few days. Most clients return to their day right after — though I'd avoid any major events for 2 weeks if possible.
Filler dissolving is available.
If you have older filler from previous treatments — particularly migrated filler — I can dissolve it. Filler dissolving is a quick appointment and may take 1–3 sessions depending on how much old product is present.
This is a service I take seriously. Many clients come to me to dissolve work they're not happy with before starting fresh, and this is always the best approach if the filler is migrated.

Filler questions, honestly answered.
How much filler will I need?
We cannot determine how many syringes you will need until an in-person assessment is done. Please do not send your provider pictures of your face as we cannot determine without seeing you in person.
Will filler make me look “done”?
No — not when it's placed conservatively rather than concentrated in one area. The mistake most clients fear is over-treatment, and I work specifically to avoid that. We start small, see how you respond, and build only if needed.
How long does filler last?
12 months or longer for most areas. Maintenance is typically every 12 months only if needed.
Will my lips look fake?
Not if we approach it correctly. Half a syringe to a full syringe is enough for most first-time clients. Building lips up gradually over multiple sessions and allowing things to nicely settle before adding more looks more natural than going all-in at once.
Is it permanent?
No. Hyaluronic acid filler dissolves over time; it does last longer than we once predicted but we can also actively dissolve it if needed.
Can I have filler if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. There isn't enough clinical research to confirm whether dermal filler is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We'll plan for treatment when you're ready.
Will it hurt?
Treatment is quite manageable. Topical numbing and lidocaine in the product itself make most filler appointments tolerable.
