Booking & cancellation policy.
A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. You won't be charged at the time of booking — the card is held only to reserve your appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours may be subject to a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled due to insufficient time, and the same $50 fee may apply.
Arriving for your appointment
Our main location is 430 The Queensway South, Keswick. Please use the double doors at the Remax entrance on the far side of the parking lot.
Any forms sent ahead of your appointment — including pre and post-care guidelines — should be completed before you arrive. This keeps your appointment time focused on your treatment.
