Laser, precision skin care.
Treating dark spots, melasma, redness, scarring, fine lines, and more — using the Quanta Chrome Q switch ND-YAG laser, safe for all skin types.
What the Quanta Chrome laser is.
The Quanta Chrome is an advanced Q-switched ND-YAG 1064/532 nm laser. It's safe for all skin types and tones — including darker skin, where many laser devices either underperform or cause pigmentation issues.
It's one of the most versatile devices in aesthetics, with over 50 different skin indications. That means it can be customized to treat a wide range of concerns with minimal downtime and discomfort.
What I treat with the Chrome laser.
- Pigmentation correction — dark spots, sun damage, melasma, post-inflammatory pigmentation.
- Photo rejuvenation — overall skin tone and clarity.
- Deep fractional skin resurfacing — fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, texture.
- Naturapeel Carbon Laser Facial (also known as the Hollywood Facial) — a no-downtime skin detox for smaller pores and a glowing finish, perfect before events.
- Vascular concerns — facial veins, rosacea, spider veins, skin tags.
- Small-area hair removal — upper lip, chin, sideburns, underarms.
- Tattoo and permanent makeup removal (consultation required).
- Nail fungus.
Who laser is right for.
Laser is right for you if you have specific skin concerns — pigmentation, redness, texture, scarring — that other treatments can't address as effectively. It's also a strong choice for general skin clarity and pre-event prep (the Naturapeel facial in particular).
Most laser concerns require a series of treatments to see best results. We'll plan your series at consultation.
Laser isn't suitable during pregnancy, on actively tanned or sunburned skin, or for clients on certain medications. We'll review your full health history before booking.
What to expect.
- Consultation. We discuss your concerns, your skin history, and your goals. Some treatments require pre-treatment skincare.
- Treatment. Settings are customized to your specific concern and skin type. Most treatments take 30–45 minutes.
- Aftercare. Strict sun protection is non-negotiable for at least 2 weeks before and after treatment. Specific aftercare depends on the treatment type.
Pain & downtime.
Comfort and downtime depend on the treatment. The Naturapeel facial is very gentle with no downtime. Deep fractional resurfacing is well-tolerated during the appointment, with about 2–3 days of redness. Custom Laser facials have no downtime. Dark spots will darken for up to 7 days and flake off before lightening. Veins have minimal to no downtime.
I'll walk you through exactly what to expect for your specific treatment at consultation.
Results timeline.
- Naturapeel facial: Immediate glow, lasting about 4 weeks.
- Pigmentation treatments: Initial darkening, then fading over 1 week. 1–4 sessions usually needed for full clearance.
- Fractional resurfacing: Improvement visible at 4 weeks.
- Hair removal: A series of 6–8 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Questions clients ask most.
Is laser safe for darker skin tones?
Yes — the Chrome laser is specifically designed to be safe across all skin types. This is one of the reasons I chose this device. Settings are always customized to your specific skin.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the concern and the treatment. Pigmentation often takes 1–4 sessions; hair removal takes 6–8; fractional resurfacing 3–4 sessions. Custom laser facial 3–4 sessions.
Will it hurt?
Most laser treatments range from a warm tingling to a prickly sensation. I'll be honest about what to expect for your specific treatment but these treatments are relatively very comfortable.
What's the downtime?
Anywhere from none (Naturapeel facial, laser facial, veins) to about 2–3 days of redness for deep fractional resurfacing. I'll walk you through exactly what to expect for your treatment.
Can I do laser if I have melasma?
Yes — the Chrome is one of the most effective lasers for melasma, including in darker skin tones where many lasers risk worsening the condition.
Can I do laser while pregnant?
No. We'll plan treatment when you're ready.
