What they are

What mesotherapy facials are.

Mesotherapy — also called the Mesogold facial in our clinic — uses a small microstamping device with 24k gold-plated needles to create tiny microchannels in the skin. Through these channels, I infuse a customized blend of serums, vitamins, PRP, and/or Botox directly into the upper layer of the skin.

Because the needles are very small (0.6–1mm), it has no downtime and minimal discomfort. This makes it a perfect treatment to add a few days before an event, when you want a noticeable glow without redness or recovery time.

What they treat

What mesotherapy facials treat.

  • Hydration and a brighter, more glowing complexion
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Skin tone and texture
  • Acne scarring (mild)
  • Pore size
  • Excess oil production
  • Pre-event skin prep
Facial options

The two main facial options.

The Glass Facial (also known as the Botox Facial)

A combination of Botox, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins delivered into the skin via the microstamping device. The Botox smooths the skin's surface, reduces pore size, and decreases excess oil production. Hyaluronic acid hydrates. Vitamins target additional concerns based on your skin.

A comfortable treatment. No downtime. Perfect a few days before any event.

The Mesogold + PRP Facial

A combination of Botox, hyaluronic acid, and your own platelets (PRP) delivered into the skin. The Botox smooths and refines, hyaluronic acid hydrates, and PRP provides anti-aging benefits through stimulating collagen production and tissue regeneration.

A note on results

The glow.

The treatment delivers an immediate brightness and glow that lasts for weeks. Many clients book a Mesogold facial a few days before a wedding, photoshoot, or event for exactly this reason.

Who it's for

Who mesotherapy facials work best for.

These facials suit clients who want noticeable skin quality improvement without downtime. They're particularly popular with clients prepping for events — weddings, photoshoots, vacations — and with clients who want a regular skin maintenance treatment alongside their other appointments. They are also amazing for acne prone and oily skin as neuromodulators help reduce oil production when infused into the pores.

They're a great pairing with Botox and filler treatments, often elevating the overall result.

Mesotherapy facials aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Common questions

Questions clients ask most.

Is this the same as microneedling?

No — mesotherapy uses much smaller needles and is designed for surface-level infusion, not deep collagen induction. Less downtime, less intense, more about glow than deep skin remodeling.

Will it hurt?

With topical numbing, treatment is comfortable. You'll feel the device passing over the skin but it's not sharp.

Is there really no downtime?

For most clients, yes. Some experience mild redness for a few hours. Makeup can usually be applied the next morning.

Can I do this before an event?

Yes — it's one of my most-recommended pre-event treatments. A few days before is ideal.

Can I combine this with other treatments?

Yes. Mesotherapy pairs especially well with Botox and filler. We'll plan timing at consultation.
